Our Services
We provide head-spa and traditional wellness services for relaxation and general wellbeing. Service descriptions, durations, and prices are subject to change.
Appointments & Booking
Appointments are preferred and walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. Online bookings are made through our booking provider, Square.
Deposit & Cancellation
Rescheduling requested less than 24 hours before your appointment, or a no-show, may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so that following guests are not delayed.
Memberships & Packages
Memberships and prepaid packages are non-refundable and are subject to the terms stated at the time of purchase. Free parking and any membership benefits apply as described at purchase.
Health & Safety
Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellness and are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. Please inform our staff of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or if you are pregnant, before your treatment. If you have any health concerns, consult your physician first. You are responsible for disclosing relevant conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, U Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, which are provided on an "as is" basis.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to protect the safety and comfort of our guests and staff.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by U Wellness and may not be reused without our permission.

會員與套餐
會員及預付套餐恕不退款，並受購買時所載條款約束。免費停車及各項會員權益，依購買時說明為準。
